A Tested & Working battery is guaranteed to work for a minimum of 10 minutes, however, in most cases batteries do last longer than this.

Warranty is 28 days Return To Base cover unless stated otherwise.

If my laptop turns faulty and is under warranty, can I get it repaired myself?

If your laptop is under warranty, it has to come back to us to be looked at, repaired/replaced or refunded, if you take it upon yourself to repair it, we will not cover any costs incurred as the warranty is with us.
