• Warranty is usually specified in the item description. Standard warranty for refurbished computers and laptops is 30 Days RTB Warranty.
• Warranty only covers hardware not software issues.

• Laptop batteries are considered a consumable and therefore not covered under warranty.

• We can supply you with a re-celled or brand new battery at an extra charge depending on the type of laptop.

• Battery life depends on usage and the way the battery has been treated. Because the laptops are ex-corporate, you will get anywhere between 5 minutes to 2 hours. If you need a battery that is guaranteed to last for at least 2 hours then you will need to purchase a brand new or re-celled battery. We recommend that you cycle (charge, discharge) the battery about 3 times when you first receive the laptop to maximise the lifetime of the battery. If your laptop is connected to a power point then you will be able to use it without a battery.
• Generally in the ex-demo range the laptops are practicaly brand new (In most cases it's just an open box) therefore you tend to get the same battery life that you would with a brand new product.

• The warranty does not cover software configuration issues that might be caused due to a virus or deletion of files. If your power supply is damaged due to a power surge then we are unable to cover that under warranty (we recommend that you use a surge protector to eliminate this problem)
• Accidental damage that might be caused due to mistreatment (Example is broken laptop LCD screen).

• Contact us with the fault description and we might be able to offer you a repair at a discounted price, or offer you advice on the best way out.

• All our equipment is pre-tested prior to despatch/pickup. If the goods are physically damaged we will organise for a courier to pickup the equipment and have it sent brought to us. As soon as we receive the goods we will confirm the damage and send you a replacement. You must keep the original packaging as evidence of freight damage.
• If the hardware is faulty within 5 working days of receiving the parcel we will organise for a courier to pickup the equipment and have it brought back to us. As soon as we receive the goods we will confirm the fault and send you a replacement. Be sure to contact technical support before so they can confirm the fault.

• RTB warranty is Return To Base warranty. The customer is responsible for sending the goods back to our warehouse for repairs. Once the job is completed we will send the equipment back to you at our cost. If we can not repair or replace the equipment within 7 working days of receiving the goods we will replace the product with something similar or better.
• If you are experiencing problems that are beyond our warranty cover (Virus, drivers, deleted OS files) then a service fee will apply along with delivery charges. The reason that we can't prevent or warrant software related issues is because it is out of our control.

• We can install licenced software on your computer or laptop provided that you supply us with the original media (CD's, Floppy's) along with serial/activation keys. Our standard service fee of £20.00 /Hour applies to all software installations.
